Soni Satpathy-Singh is a recipe developer and writer who lives with her husband in Manhattan, New York. She has tested and written recipes for numerous local companies and cookbook authors, such the James Beard Foundation and The Creative Kitchen.
She was most recently found within the pages of Tory Johnson’s New York Times bestseller “The Shift” where she developed and wrote all the recipes (and where she even managed to get in a gobi bhaji recipe no less!). She has served as Cook Editor for The Daily Meal, writes for Brown Girl Magazine, and is a food stylist for ABC’s “The View.”
When she’s not cooking or eating her way through the city, she is feeding her biggest passion, SketchyDesi.com, a line of greeting cards and apparel celebrating South Asian culture unabashedly with chock full of cheeky humor.
