Koodo surprises Christmas Market, spreads holiday cheer to Canadians with a special rendition of The Cure hit, Friday I’m in Love. All in effort to sponsor a Syrian refugee family.
This time of year is filled with busy-ness, stress, last-minute work and so much to do. So sometimes watching and hearing something we love lifts are spirits and gives us pause for relief. This month, 80 talented Choir! Choir! Choir! singers created a random act of happiness and to inspire a donation to sponsor a Syrian refugee family in the process.
Koodo spread some holiday cheer to Canadians with a special rendition of The Cure hit, Friday I’m in Love, breaking into song, busy Toronto-area marketplace. The singers surprised visitors in the heart of the Distillery District. Inspiring random acts of happiness throughout the holidays, The Cure’s Robert Smith provided song rights in lieu of a donation. Koodo passed it on, donating the song fee to Choir! Choir! Choir! to help in its efforts to sponsor a Syrian refugee family.
We’d love for you to share a little ‘musical interlude’ by sharing this post or the video above! Happy Holidays!
