For parents looking for a new health resource on handwashing and hygiene, there’s a free one now available. We know that parents are always on the lookout for information and tips on how to raise healthy, happy children. The Canadian Public Health Association (CPHA), in partnership with Lysol is now offering a free educational resource in multiple South Asian languages to make it easier for newcomer parents to learn more about topics such as hand washing, household safety and hygiene.
The downloadable resource guide titled “Taking Care of You and Your Baby” has been developed by public health experts. This guide provides basic health and safety information for mothers, babies and toddlers – such as healthy eating, food safety, car safety and postpartum depression.
