Tired? Wanna Get that Glow Back? A do-it-yourself makeover in less than 15 minutes!
Whether you’re a first time mom or mother to a teenager, most of us masalamommas never seem to get enough sleep. Lack of sleep equals to Lack of Glow in our skin. So we spoke to award-winning make-up artist, Kavita Suri who has worked with the successful South Asian cosmetics line Vasanti Cosmetics among others, about how to wake up that tired face in jiffy.
1) How do you combat dark circles and imperfections?
- Investing in a good eye cream is important, don’t cut corners and buy an eye cream that is “ok” anything that is $40 and up is reasonable and promising.

- Concealers help illuminate your under eyes.

2) How do you add glow and contour?
J.lo is making a comeback and it is all about her high cheek bones and that ever so glow skin. There are make-up products that can create contour and glow.
2 steps:
a) Contouring is created with a darker powder than your natural skin tone applied in the hallow of your cheeks. M.A.C has the perfect brush and contour powder to achieve this.
b) Highlighting is a lovely finish to the skin. You can use a cream base or powder base product to brush or pat on tops of your cheeks, center of nose and brow bones.
