Are you a bag-in kind of masalamomma? Or are you a milky tea kind of mom? It’s a question that’s so personal to us tea lovers. The perfect shade of tea says a lot about you and the tea you use. With Holi,  the festival of colours, on March 13, we’re talking about our favourite ‘colours’ of tea!

Here are some interesting facts about tea drinkers according to a  British study:

• Only 16% of people let the water brew for the recommended time of between two and five minutes
• And 47% remove the bag but leave their tea to cool for five minutes
• 91% drink tea from a ceramic mug rather than a tea cup
• 69% add milk afterwards
• 41% add sugar

Holi is all about celebrating the colours of life and celebrating with family and thanks to our friends at Tea India, we’re giving you a chance to share the colours of tea with a loved one this month.
